Darkness in Kharolis

Rumours throughout the Abanasinian regions of the Kharolis Hills and the Valley, from Good Bay to Solace are spreading further concerning an unholy conflict between the Lord of Death and the Black Wind. Sightings of the undead rising and walking, many in battle with each other and "dark priests".

In the recent month passed many of these rumours are becoming substantial as many are beggining to suffer plague and pestilence to all out vicious attacks by many forms of undead.

Rumours circulating throughtout the region that Eld Manor was inhabited by dark cultists or perhaps servants of the Black Wind, and they were indeed involved within an unholy conflict with those who serve the Lord of the Dead. Further rumour has it that due to the involvement of several adventurers, as well as the Warden of the Kharolis, that the Black Wind has been driven elsewhere.

However, these rumours now speak of a greater darkness and evil, of the undead and of dark priests who lead them being sited ... unfortunately any who venture further into what once was Eld Manor are never to be seen nor heard from again. The local Temples and Clergies of both Mishakal and Chislev have been rumoured to whisper among themselves that the balance was disturbed and that in order to maintain the balance this greater darkness was inevitable ...

A dark hooded figure armed with a sword was seen leaving the area of Eld's manor. He had the unpleasant smell of rotting meat and was seen carrying the broken emblem of Morgion in the direction of Nightlund.
